What a build looks like

Make it easy to choose you in under a minute.

A clear offer, a quote button that is always in reach, the service area spelled out, and the reviews you already have put where a visitor can see them.

What we build

Three pieces. Start with whichever one is leaking.

Choose one as a standalone project or combine them. The audit shows which one is worth fixing first.

03 · Be rememberedYour number, your calendar

Missed-call recovery

When a call goes unanswered, an automated text goes back within seconds, so the caller does not simply move to the next name on the list. It asks what they need and shares a booking or quote link. Phone compatibility, messaging consent and any calendar connection are confirmed before setup, and you keep your own number.

Local SEO

Your Google Business Profile filled in properly, service and city pages that can actually rank, and a review request that goes out after the job instead of never. Reported against calls and forms, not against rankings nobody can spend.

What the scan showed

Strong reviews. Gaps in the next step.

We looked at 170 Raleigh businesses across five trades the way a customer would: open the Google listing, open the website, try to book or ask for a quote. Public pages only, nothing behind a login.

Reputation 134/170 had 100+ Google reviews
Booking 115/170 had no online booking link and no quote or contact form we could find
Measurement 96/170 had no publicly detectable analytics or call tracking on the website
Follow-up 5/170 showed a visible CRM or email follow-up tool on the website

A Raleigh barbershop with 1,700 Google reviews and no online booking link is not short on interest. It is losing the customer who looked at eleven at night and found nowhere to book.

01

Reputation was visible

Four out of five businesses had 100 or more Google reviews. Years of word of mouth, already earned. That part is not the bottleneck.

02

Booking paths were often missing

Two out of three had no booking link and no quote form on the site. After hours, a visitor with a problem has nowhere to leave it, and the work goes to whoever picks up next.

03

Measurement was rarely in place

More than half showed no analytics or call tracking on their public pages. Without it, nobody can say which channel brings paying work, so every marketing decision is a guess.

How we countedRaleigh · September 2026 · public pages only
170businesses from public Google listings across five trades: HVAC, plumbing, auto repair, dental and salons.
4signals per business: Google review count, a booking link or quote form, analytics or call-tracking code, and a visible CRM or follow-up tool.
16 + 716 had no website and count as no booking path and no analytics. 7 sites would not load and are left out of those two figures.

This was a public-page review, not an internal systems audit. We did not measure call volume, missed calls or revenue, and a tool we could not see may still exist. Request the sheet and we will send it.

How it goes

Audit first. Nothing starts before the scope and the price are agreed.

You deal with one person, Serdar, from the first email to the handover. If the audit turns up nothing worth fixing, we will say so and there is no invoice.

    See the leak.

We open your site, your Google profile and your booking path the way a customer would, and send back what we found with the screenshots and the exact URLs attached. Free, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

    Build

    Fix the handoff.

You get the scope, the price and the delivery date before anything begins. Small standalone fixes stay small. We would rather repair one broken form for a small fee than sell a rebuild nobody asked for.

  3. 03
    Measure

    Know what moved.

Tracking goes in on the first day, so the result is a number rather than an opinion. Once a month you get a short summary in plain language: what came in, and where it came from.

Terms

No retainer for work nobody can point to.

These apply to every engagement. If one of them turns out not to fit your business, it comes out and the price comes down with it.

Domain, accounts and data registered in your name, not ours.

  4. 04
    Measured from launch

Call, form and booking tracking set up on day one whenever it is part of the scope.

  5. 05
    Plain-language reporting

For ongoing work, a monthly summary of what came in and from where. One-off fixes stay one-off.

  6. 06
    No lock-in

No long contract. Hosting and third-party fees are listed separately, and everything goes with you if you leave.
